Innocent
prisoner, adherent to the Sixth, from the ejido San Sebastián Bachajón, Chilón
municipality, Chiapas.
Communiqué: to the people of Mexico and the World about
the injustice that exists in the state of Chiapas from the bad government and
their allies. They made accusations against me on October 7th, 2010, they
arrested me in Ocosingo, Chiapas, without an arrest warrant or detention order
while I was eating at a street stall selling hot dogs.
At that
time they deprived me of my freedom and I was tortured by the specialist unit
and was detained in solitary confinement without charge (arraigado) for 38 days
while they fabricated another crime against me, as "Fray Bartolomé de las Casas"
have documented: The robbery at the Coxito hardware store in Ocosingo, Chiapas,
which occurred on September 18, 2010. I was accused of being responsible, a
crime which I did not commit, I should not be in jail unjustly for this: the
corrupt government create and fabricate crimes and are complicit with the real
criminals of Chiapas, where they commit major violations "of Human Rights
".
Governor
of the state of Chiapas:
Manuel Velasco Coello
I demand
my immediate freedom, prisoner adherent to the Sixth Declaration from the Ejido
San Sebastián Bachajón Chilón municipality Chiapas.
I also
demand the freedom of my compañeros in the struggle who are held in various
prisons unjustly: Antonio Estrada Estrada (prisoner in Cereso No. 17 Playas de
Catazajá, Chiapas). Alberto
Patishtán Gómez, Alejandro Diaz Gomez, Political Prisoners from "La Voz del Amate".
They are held in Cereso No. 5 San Cristobal de las Casas
Chiapas.
Compañeros in the struggle against the injustices of the
bad government in the state and the country, receive a warm greeting and strong
embraces from the ejido San Sebastián Bachajón to the Pueblo Creyente and
working Group and NGOs who are always aware of any movement for
justice.
ATTENTIVELY
